​The Compliance Force, LLC is a consulting firm specializing in Section 42 (LIHTC) compliance. The company provides support and oversight to the affordable housing industry by providing a variety of services including file review services, consulting, products, and customized services.

Our staff brings over 24 years of expert hands-on LIHTC experience and is diversified in all aspects of the affordable housing industry including HUD, USDA-RD, HOME, Section 8 and Public Housing. Since 2014, The Compliance Force has assisted hundreds of management agents, state monitoring agencies, and investors through the complexities of affordable housing compliance.

The Compliance Force is passionate about affordable housing compliance and deals directly with clients to facilitate practical solutions to obstacles that clients may encounter. Our customer-service oriented approach and strong attention to detail have gained us a reputation for being thorough, professional, and trust-worthy when it comes to compliance.

Lisa Kaebisch is the President/Owner of the Compliance Force, LLC. Prior to embarking on her own business, Lisa worked with the nationally recognized TheoPRO Group from 2001- 2014. She joined TheoPRO as a compliance specialist managing the compliance requirements for multiple properties nationwide. In 2010, she became the Director of Compliance Services with supervisory responsibilities and oversight of TheoPRO’s entire compliance department. In February 2014, she became a Vice President/Partner realizing her true dream of owning her own business.

Ms. Kaebisch has been certified as a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP®) in 2004 through the sponsorship of the National Association of Home Builders; Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM®) in 2014 through the National Affordable Housing Management Association; and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS®) in 2006. She maintains all of her designations and certifications through annual continuing education.

The Compliance Force, LLC also engages with consultants from time to time to assist with projects. All consultants are extensively vetted and are Housing Credit Certified Professionals (HCCP®) with considerable experience and years of industry service.
