The Compliance Force LLC provides file reviews and LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 HUD projects.   Our team will answer your questions by conducting a file review on your behalf on-site or at our offices.  Its your decision!  

This service provides a review of household files to determine that units are being qualified in accordance with IRS/HUD Federal regulations.  The Compliance Force does a thorough check of an agreed upon number of units for each property and makes recommendations according to findings.    

Each review includes:

• A unit by unit detailed spreadsheet- 2 formats available or we customize to your standards.
• General recommendations to improve performance along with an exit interview with staff to review findings.

File Pre-Approvals

Determining eligibility is a significant challenge.  If you, like many other companies, prefer to manage your own portfolio but don't want the challenge of determining eligibility,  this service will provides the owner with a second tier of approval for each application.  

The Compliance Force LLC is happy to be your second set of eyes BEFORE the move-in.  Our compliance team reviews each application, makes sure that all documentation is in place and that all calculations are accurate prior to the household moving in prior to the recertification date.  Our team works with your properties so you can feel confident that your credits are protected.  We can customize your contract to cover initial 1st year files only, all move-ins, or both move-ins and recertifications.

Our Compliance staff works with site staff to assure the file is complete and qualified prior to move-in or recertification.
